In the summer of 2017, Mexico City was rocked by a 7.1 richter earthquake on the anniversary of the 1985 Mexico City quake. Killing 360 and injuring more than 6,000, the Puebla Quake destroyed buildings, severed gas lines, and decimated neighbourhoods.
